Barry Davies
Barry is an experienced naturalist, certified EcoGuide and won the 2009 William Angliss EcoGuide Award of Excellence. For 20 years Barry was a Guide and Activities Manager at Binna Burra Mountain Lodge. In 2010 Barry will lead tours to New Zealand and to many locations around Australia.
Biljana Mitrovska
Biljana is your guide in Macedonia. She is an accomplished mountaineer having reached the highest peak of any Macedonian woman. Her studies in ethnology, anthropology and her great knowledge of the country’s culture, history and native flora & fauna will enhance your tour.
Daniel Feinstein
Daniel lives in Bariloche, Argentina and has worked as a licensed nature and mountain guide for more than 20 years. Daniel’s knowledge of South American customs and natural history is outstanding and in 2010 he will guide tours to Atacama & Argentina, Patagonia and Iguassu Falls.

Fred Heckeroth
Fred is originally from California and has led trips in Canada, Mexico and the USA. Now residing in Brisbane, Fred divides his time between his own business, family and guiding trips for IPT and climbing expeditions. For 2010 Fred will guide some of our Gold Coast Hinterland Great Walks.
Hiroko Kobayashi
Hiroko leads the Japanese Spring Journey, a cultural discovery of Japan’s central island, Honshu. Based in Brisbane, she consults to tourism bodies and companies, promotes ecotourism in both Australia and Japan, and is a Director of the Japan Ecotourism Society.
Hugh MacTier
Hugh has lived on Flinders Island for over 20 years. He is an experienced and keen bushwalker who knows the island in detail. Hugh runs a sheep and cattle farm on the island and works as a team with the Luddingtons during the Flinders Island tour.
James & Lindsay Luddington
James & Lindsay Luddington are our Flinders Island experts. They have lived on the island for the last 35 years and operate a farm, island tours and boat cruises. Twice their company, Flinders Island Adventures, has won the Tasmanian Regional Tourism ‘People's Choice Award’.
Judith Kunzlé
Judith has lived in Rarotonga since 1986 working as an illustrator on UN & government projects. She has guided art and natural history tours and her extensive knowledge of the Cook Islands, together with her calm and gentle nature, will guarantee you a wonderful tour.
Leo San Sebastian
Leo grew up in Spain’s Basque Country and has been a professional guide for over 20 years. He has led groups in the Pyrenees, Alps, Morocco, Tanzania, Peru, Chile, Venezuela, Pakistan and Nepal. In 2010 Leo will be guiding an exciting itinerary to Morocco.

Mitko Petrakiev
Mitko has a passion for trekking, climbing and caving throughout Bulgaria (both in his free time and when leading groups). Along with his outdoor skills, his knowledge of the geography, geology, natural and human history of his native country, will enhance the Bulgarian Winter Wonderland tour.
Nikos Magitsis
Nikos will guide our Greek tour in September 2010. Nikos was the first Greek to climb Mt Everest and has also climbed the highest peak in every continent. His knowledge of local walking tracks, history and botany will ensure a memorable sojourn through this beautiful country.

Ronny Hickel
Ronny created our Tyrolean Alps and Nightcap Ranges tours. He facilitates yoga & meditation classes and yatras (walking meditation retreats) in the Northern Rivers area. Living near Uki, he is a trained outdoor recreation guide and psychotherapist involved in adventure based youth work.
Sally Brown
Sally lived in both Kenya and Tanzania before emigrating Australia in 1984. In 2010 she will accompany two tours to Africa - Kalahari to Caprivi and Zanzibar to Samburu. When not leading groups, Sally works as a professional conference organiser and enjoys bush walking and bird watching.
Sivani Mira
Sivani is an enthusiastic guide with over 20 years experience in outdoor education and leading groups. Sivani’s passion for different cultures, adventure and wild landscapes inspires all those who travel with her. In 2010, Sivani will lead IPT guests on a discovery of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
Tony Groom
Tony founded interNATIONAL PARKtours with wife Connie in 1975 as the result of a ‘one-off’ walking tour to North America. Thirty five years later, Tony has led countless groups and travelled to over 50 countries. In 2010, he’s leading his favourite Croatia/Slovenia tour once again.
Tony Roberts
Tony formalised his love of the environment by studying a BSc at James Cook University in Cairns. Since graduating, Tony has shared his passion as a naturalist guide around Australia and the Pacific. In 2010 Tony will share his knowledge of his backyard, North Queensland.
