About us


Our Office Staff

Our office staff manages all tour coordination, design and guest reservations from the Beechmont base. Some staff work part-time, so the easiest way to contact us is via email.

Julie Ayers works part-time in our office on accounts and general administration. She has two small children who keep her busy for the rest of the week.

Phil Cullen coordinates IPT tours, is our Media and Marketing Manager and maintains and develops our web site.

Karin Galloway Karin comes from Austria, via North Queensland, and coordinates tours in a number of countries.

Lisa Groom has been with IPT for 15 years and has taken the management baton from her parents over the last few years, and is involved in the operation at all levels ...including guiding tours.

Lynne Tarlinton handles all guest reservations/ itinerary requests and is your first point of contact for any tour queries. Lynne also focuses on client and customer relations, products, exhibitions and mailings.

Veit Vosshage is our finance manager and your contact for tour payments and flight bookings made through our office. He supervises operational and budget matters.

Gareth Thomas. Coordinates tours in all our country destinations and helps with customer enquiries, tour planning and logistics.
